Embed tweet in post without parent conversation

    I’m aware of how we can embed tweets in posts/pages just by dropping the tweet url in the editor, as explained here. But this includes the parent conversation in the content.

    I want the tweet on it’s own – Is this currently possible without using the full embed code or a plugin? Is there a parameter we can combine with a short code out there?

    Seconded. Has anyone found a solution for this, apart from screenshotting the tweet and cropping out the parent tweet?
