 * I’m actually using WPBaker or Gutenburgh or whatever it’s called haha.
 * I did see a chat window option and a chat button option? Is it the chat window?
   Because I tried that and nothing happens it just seemed to mess up my theme stylesheet.
 * But no embedded chat appeared

 * Yes that is the option.
 * If you add it and the page it is embedded on breaks, then it seems that there
   could be a compatibility issue/conflict with your theme.
 * Would it be possible to provide a link to a page which has the chat embedded?
