No phone number option in default form. As phone number is very basic requirement for any form. So hope this should add soon.

Embded is not working anywhere.

Can you tell me more about that? Did the system return any errors or message when you try embedding the form with that code?
I’d like to replicate this at my end, so the more information you can share, the better! Could you share a screenshot so we can see what you’re describing?

Thanks for quick reply. 2nd option is also working after remove plugin compatible issue fixes.
Now again next basic problem:
Using jetpack default feedback form with CRM Integration option.
When visitor fill-up form, they receive email for “Password: Set Your Password”
Click this link, again they need to fill their email for reset password
Again receive email for reset password and set password.
So, need to send 2 separate email and 2 times for their password for making crm user.
Pls guide how user can get password in 1st email?
