I have set up an embed with an automated email and put it inline on a post via shortcode. I’ve tried testing it in the preview mode, customizer, and on my website. Everything works okay, but I’ve never received the automated email. What can I do to fix this issue?

I want to add that I’ve deactivated all my plugins and tested the embed form each time I turned one back on.

I did create a test site. Deactivated all the plugins and also installed a basic WordPress theme. Still doesn’t work.
