To add more fields to your MC4WP form, you just need to go to “MailChimp for WP > Forms” and then add any fields to the form by clicking on the buttons provided above the form editor.
The number of buttons (fields) available for adding to the form would depend on the fields you have created in your MailChimp.com list. So if you do not find a field you wish to add to the form, then please go to your MailChimp list and create those additional fields and then head back to your website backend and go to “MailChimp for WP” & click on the “Renew MailChimp Lists” button to pull in the new changes you made to your list.
As for “SumoMe” we have no experience with it so we won’t be able to provide any assistance for the same and can’t guarantee if our plugin will work with it.
