# Embed Google Maps – Get address from shortcode

 * Hi! First of all, thanks for developing Airpress. It’s just what I was looking
   for, even though it is not very user-friendly yet, but I’ve managed to make it
   work with my pretty basic knowledge.
 * I am using Virtual Posts and trying to embed some Google Maps by using a shortcode
   that cals a field in my table, but it seems like the map loads first and doesn’t
   translate the shortcode into the address, so it’s not actually working.
 * I’m pretty sure there is a way to ‘pre-load’ the shortcode with PHP, but I have
   no skills at all regarding that.
 * The Airtable Connection is correct, and all the other shortcodes work properly
   when inserted as plain text, but this is the first time I’ve tried to put them
   inside an HTML tag, and can’t find the right way to do it.
 * Can anyone give me a hint?

 * Can you post a screenshot or code snippet showing what you’re currently doing
   and/or what you’re trying to accomplish?
 * I doubt this is an issue with “pre-loading” anything, rather it’s probably an
   issue with nested shortcodes or some other WordPress + Shortcode behavior.
 * Also, if you have a working example of the map *without* Airpress (using a static
   address/location) I might be able to provide more insight into how to integrate
   with Airpress.
