embed code field changed and not working | WordPress.org

We noticed today that the embed code field looked different. It has a blue line across the top with a “1” on the left. We can paste the embed code from YouTube, but it does not actually embed the video when saved. The field for the link from YouTube does seem to work, but not the field for embeding. Any ideas one what to do to fix?

Sounds like a theme or plugin conflict issue. I just uploaded our latest video using the embed field with out any issues.

Like I said, it sounds like a plugin conflict or a theme issue. Start by disabling all plugins except for SM. If it fixes it, enable them until it “breaks” your site. If that still doesn’t work, change your theme to TwentyTwenty-One. If that doesn’t fix it, I’m out of ideas.

Thanks, I was able to deactivate plugins until it fixed it. I appreciate your help!
