Adjustments at the CSS are always problematic and regularly lead to errors in the plugin. These changes are very individual, and it is difficult to support them.
You must test your form without any changes on installation. If the Form doesn't work correct, you can send it to us. Then we will test the form on our system. Send the JSON to office at mondula.

CSS should in principle have nothing to do in what is happening in the backend or under the hood, but for the sake of argument, I have installed your plugin clean on a staging website and still am not getting the fields in my mail. https://geenie.flywheelstaging.com/kom-igang/
I deactivated all plugins except elementor and yours and defaulted theme to 20 twenty one.
