    Hello,
    customers are not receiving their gift card email with the gift card number, the email is being sent to administrator email instead. Why? I always have to re-send the email to the customer.

    Hi Kamila, I checked your site and the To / From / Message fields are not being added to the Cart when the gift card is added to the cart. When you view the Cart you should see the To / From / Message fields listed.

    This looks to be caused by an AJAX Add-to-Cart process that is not correctly pulling in all fields in the form. Disable the AJAX Add-to-Cart option for your Theme and see if this fixes the issue.

    If it does, you may be able to disable it just for the Gift Card product so as not to interfere with anything else. You would need to contact your Theme developer for assistance with this.
