  • Have been using SI for a few months without incident.
    Now, all of a sudden, neither Quotes nor Invoices are being sent to email addresses outside of our domain related addresses.
    e.g. Quotes sent to anyprefix@ourdomian.com ARE being recived as tests, but any attempts to send to actual client’s addresses do not get delivered.
    They WERE being delivered without incident.
    Have tried deactivating all other plugins etc. … no luck.

    Checked with Host, all MX is good as before.

    All other WP internal sends, backups, notices etc. ARE working as normal.
    So wp_mail function is working fine as usual.

    Please advise what I should try. Client does not want to loose any current Quote nor Invoice data.

  • All contact form submissions, db backups, etc. ARE being sent successfully from the WP install.
    Only SI based email is not being delivered.

    Sliced Invoices doesn’t do anything unusual with email sending… we simply use the WordPress wp_mail() function like most other plugins do. I would suggest making sure your “from” address is an email address on the same domain as your site — some mail servers block messages if you try to send from an address on a different domain. The “from” address that Sliced Invoices uses is determined in the settings under Settings / Email / Email Address.
