• I’m using the free version of appointments. When I updated wordpress to 4.3.1 my service providers stopped getting notifications of appointments. As the site admin, I still get notifications, but nobody else does. And in the settings of the plugin, it says: “Admin and service provider will also get a copy as separate emails.” (I have this box checked “yes”). Has this featured been removed? I noticed that in my wordpress user settings that there is a spot to add an Appointments+ email address. But it won’t let me type in the box. It’s somehow disabled. Thanks for the help!

    Hey Toban,

    Hope you’re well today 🙂

No, this feature has not be removed. Can you please post screenshots of your Accessibility Settings and Notification Settings in your admin in Appointments -> Settings -> General.

Also those fields are grayed out because you’re not looking to your own profile fields, please try to login with the provider account and you should be able to change those fields for that specific provider.

    Best regards,
    Bojan

    Hey again tobanpenner,

Your settings seems fine, I also did some testing on my end with multiple combinations of auto confirmation and allowing providers to confirm appointments turned to yes/no and everything seems to be working fine.

I see that you’re using dummy providers, does this happen when you try to book appointment with a dummy or with the actual provider, all dummy emails should be forwarded to the provider that is set in the admin.

Also as other emails are working can you please double check your provider email.

    Best regards,
    Bojan
