    Emails are being sent/received but there is no confirmation on the screen that sending has been successful (or unsuccessful). Instead, the form just remains disabled.

    Hey again, @authentictech 👋

    We’ve tried submitting the form just now and were able to see success message. We found that it’s taking unusually long time (tens of seconds) for the success message to appear though.

    Would you mind deactivating all plugins except HappyForms and see if it helps? We have a hunch there could be some plugins active that are blocking requests. Also, do you know which company provides hosting to your website?

    There isn’t a problem now without doing anything to fix it. I can see the success message after a couple of seconds. So I’ll leave things as they are for now.

    We use the WP Mail SMTP plugin but that has always worked well. I got the emails fairly quickly even though there was no success message.
