# Emails not working, HELP!

 * Desperate to know why the emails are not sending to the customers but the test
   emails seem to work. I don’t know if I missed configuring something. Can someone
   help me?

 * Hi, can you share the settings you enabled in the plugin without revealing any
   private and personal information like password and email address?
 * Did you also checked the spam box in your email client?
 * Also who is your host? What contact form are you running in your site?
