Hi @danthebro, We are sorry you are having trouble with the process but I’m a little bit confused here when you say you don’t get an email on any of those actions. To my surprise, I’m not seeing any such behavior on my sandbox setup so I think its something unique with your site. Can you check if you are getting any other emails in general? Like password reset, or new signup emails? Did you check those?

Another thing to look at is to disable all extra plugins except for woo and Offers for woo plugins and then give it another shot.

I’m sure the first debugging step would give you the idea of whats going on there.
Please check those and let me know the results. Thanks!

I have not gotten emails for anything it seems

If that is the case then this is not something related to our plugin but WP and your hosting in general. Did you try to talk to your hosting guys that you are not getting emails from your site? If they are able to resolve the issue with General WordPress email sending then our plugin would work as expected and you should receive all emails successfully.

Please talk to your hosting support and do let us know if there will be something relating to our plugin. We will be happy to help.

    Thanks!

ok I’ll give them a ring

I tried but I can’t seem to resolve the issue. What is your price to fix the issue?

@danthebro, You can submit an order for premium support and we can help you, but there’s no guarantee we could get it done within 1 hour. In most cases we can fix something like this in that time, but until we get into it there’s no way to say for sure.

if i give you like 48 hours could you lower the price? maybe a student discount or something i am a student

Well, over a weekend 48 hours would be considered a rush/priority service and would need to be charged an even higher rate. When you submit an order for premium support you go into our queue of orders, and it may be Tuesday before we would get to it anyway.

If your server is not sending out any email at all, though, then your hosting provider should really help you figure that out. Or at least show you some sort of log that says the emails are getting sent, which would then lead us to checking your spam (which I’m sure you’ve already done.)

the server is sending emails i have the logs it claims it’s accepted. Then what about 1 week then how much would you charge?

If the server logs show the emails are being sent then that must be the case. You say you aren’t seeing that it’s sending anything at all, though..??

There has to be something simple going on here, but for our team to work on it with you we would have to charge our rate.

This might be something more suited for Fiverr.com or Upwork.com. You could probably find somebody there to help you for pretty cheap.

ok I will let you know what I decide
