    I created a popup for this site. The popup works yet there are some critical issues.

    1. when testing I have filled the signup multiple times and the emails are not being received to the email on the popup settings.
    2. when the popup is filled and submitted no thank you message or anything but a checkmark shows up.
    3. I installed a plugin to check to see if emails are working, and they are.

  • Hi im having the same issues all 3 Shaydrink listed to be exact not getting emails for subscribers but they do show up when I go look at my pop up dashboard

    I admit I’m not quite sure what do you mean by “email on the popup settings”. Are you expecting some confirmation e-mail upon subscription or do you have one of integrations with external services enabled and gathered e-mails are not added there?

    Hustle doesn’t provide any e-mailing service on its own and doesn’t send any e-mails. Out of the box, it’s only able to add e-mails to local e-mail list if you set it that way and these e-mails can be viewed (and downloaded from) on Hustle -> Email Lists” page in the plugin.

    However, to be able to actually send any messages to subscribed users you would either need to import that e-mail list to some other mailing plugin or external service first or you’d need to have one of available integrations with 3rd-party providers enabled, configured and added to the given popup. You can find integrations on “Hustle -> integrations” page where you can enable/connect them so after that you can edit yoru popup(s) and add them there.

    Is there a “success message” actually added to popup? In “Emails” section of your popup configuration there’s a “Submission Behavior” section which, I believe, is currently set to “Success message” option (the other option is “Redirect”). Below there is a message editor which, by default, should contain “You are subscribed to the newsletter” text but you can edit it.

    Is there any message added currently or the “message” field there is empty? I’m asking because I checked the site and “test-subscribed” (note please: I do not respond to e-mails on the e-mail address that I used there) and in a source code of a page it looked like there was no message at all rather than the message being hidden. Could you, please, double-check it?
