• I have 2 issues and not sure if there might be some sort of connection between the two…

First is email sent from Invoice plugins – I have tried WP-Invoice and Sliced Invoices

Both plugins allow for HTML markup to be used as the email template. Until recently I have only used WP-Invoice and the emails were fine but laterly the emails have been sent showing the HTML mark up rather than the actual email how it is intended to be displayed.

I then moved to sliced invoices thinking that the plugin may have been to blame but again, it seems to have the same effect, the email is showing the HTML rather than what the code should be converted to.

I was wondering if there was something I should look at to see what might be causing this?

I am not sure if thuis issue is related, but, with WP-Invoice, I can issue PDFs of the invoice but it is now unable to generate the PDFs and is telling me that it is an invalid format.

    Any help would be appreciated

also the top of the email shows
    <!DOCTYPE html><html><head><meta http-equiv='Content-Type' content='text/html; charset=UTF-8' />

which Im hoping should be correct for displaying hTML Emails
