I have successfully implemented my form, but I can't get the emails to send to either the customer or the administrator after pressing the "submit" button.
My form exists on http://www.claritychiropractic.ca. I have verified via the Submissions that the information is being saved, but I'd like to send a confirmation e-mail to the person who filled out the form, and I'd also like to send a copy of the submission to firstname.lastname@example.org. I've changed the Actions after Submission to Custom Text to avoid the email error message. Info@claritychiropractic.ca is a working e-mail address on the server. The e-mail to send submissions to and the From e-mail are both email@example.com. I've also entered some text into both Custom Text in e-mail boxes.
