    I set up the PMP emails so that when a payment is missed (this happens on the Paypal end) an email is sent from PMP to tell the user that they’ve missed a payment. However, this happened, and no email was received by the user. They check their junk and it wasn’t there either. The admin doesn’t get the emails either. They only get an email from Paypal.

    Why is this not working?
