    Hi

    The SMTP Emails are fine on the site as I have checked the Logs – and emails are bring sent.

    However a New Reservation email is not getting to the Customer. Emails sent from the reservation page are not getting through either.

    Test emails sent via ‘Check and Log Email’ is going through fine.

    Please test again the emails using the default values in the email’s settings.

    Change these options to: https://lopezb.d.pr/i/ELRgQ7

    And change this option to: https://lopezb.d.pr/i/6MUGYU

    I suspect that the problem is related to some incorrect configuration.

    Is this a recent issue? It seems that you’ve been using WP Hotelier for quite some time. Did you notice it before?

    Try to check the logs of your server because I don’t think that the issue is related to WP Hotelier. But to a bad/strict configuration of your server. This is not a know issue of WP Hotelier.

    I’ve now come to the root cause.
    It’s not you.

    It’s GoDaddy.
    I’ve moved a copy of the entire site to SiteGround and all emails and reservations are fine.

    So it’s GoDaddy.
    Will ‘try’ to advise the Client to move Host…

    Damn… GoDaddy…
