    None of my automated emails, including confirmation emails for people who’ve signed up to my list, are sending, so I have people who are stuck in the ‘unconfirned’ category.

    I’ve checked all the connections regarding the sending service and all is good. I have tested the sign up process and I did not receive a confirmation email in my inbox or junk. I tried to send myself a ‘resend confirmation’ email, but just got an error message. What’s up? Can anybody help please?

    This looks like it could be an issue with MailPoet’s task scheduler.

    Can you please review this tutorial “Task Scheduler is not working” part?

    If it is indeed the Task scheduler you might want to change it to another method. More info:

    Thanks for your response. However, my Task Scheduler appears to be working fine. It says connection successful and ‘last seen error’ is ‘none’ and ‘error’ under sending queue is ‘none’ also.

    What is the domain for the site where you are seeing this issue? I’d like to double check your account / plan statuses.
