    Hi there,

    I don’t think that the plugin is sending the emails for the abandoned carts because if I look at the report – it states 0 emails sent.

    I have even tried to send manually but still looks like it isn’t sending.

    How do I get this plugin to work?

    Hi

    The plugin is still working well.

    You should check the condition of an abandoned card or an order. You should check:
    1. The customers enter their email before checkout
    2. Timer for email
    3. Check with WP Mail SMTP setting.

    Hi there,

    It isn’t working because the reminder log count is at ‘0’ even after I selected it and clicked ‘send abandoned cart email’ manually.

    1. How would I know that the customer entered their email address – where do I see this?
    2. Set
    3. What am I meant to check?

    I want to move to the pro version of this plugin but I can’t even get the Lite version to work.

    Please can you help me.

    Hi,

    1. only when a customer goes to the checkout page, leave his email there https://prnt.sc/pzg2nc then he forgot checking out that item.

    2. After timer, the plugin will send the abandoned cart email and recorded here https://prnt.sc/pzg172 (to announce the shop owner)

    3. You should install Mail SMTP plugin (I am using WP Mail SMTP) to check whether the abandoned cart mail sent. here is the abandoned cart mail https://prnt.sc/pzg9ki
    you should read carefully the install guidance of Mail SMTP plugin.
