  • Hi There,

    I am having issue with our copy of contact form plugin. We are not receiving any email from “contact us” plugin. Is this known issue? Are we the only one having this issue?

    No known bugs or issues around emailing for the plugin side that we’re aware of. I just submitted to the form that I found on https://arceglobal.com/contact/

    While not always the easiest to debug, emails not sending can tend to be on the server’s side more than the plugin’s side. We have no way of guaranteeing that an email will be sent, we are just able to confirm or not if they have been queued up to be sent.

    Just in case it possibly digs up potential errors, can you enable Debug logging from the settings page for your Constant Contact Forms panel? Once enabled, we can submit to the form again and see if any errors or information crops up from it.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for late reply. plugin was working perfectly for almost a year, since the latest updates I have made to wordpress and Constant contact plugin, problems have been appearing.

    I disabled form for awhile because it was really bad for clients contacting us about not replying to their contact request.. I have now enabled debug logging. and I will also enable form to our mainpage.

    Sounds good. Let it “marinate” for a day or two, so to speak, and check again after. Hopefully something obvious will present itself.

    Hi, I am also encountering the same issue. I have v1.4.5 of the “Constant Contact Forms For WordPress” plugin. When I submit information on the Contact Us webpage (link below), the Contact webpage says it is submitted, and contact gets added to the correct list in my Constant Contact account, BUT no email notification is received from the form submission so I do not get the user’s “message” from the Contact form. Sometimes the email notification comes through hours later, but most times the email notification NEVER comes through.

    Please help! We need to push the website live and this is the only feature NOT working. If it doesn’t get fixed asap, we will need to use a different contact form plugin.
