    Hi, we are experiencing a strange issue.

    We use your software in 3 sites, in 2 it works fine but in one suddenly emails stop reaching the inbox (Although they appear as approved in your logs). This may be a non related issue to CleanTalk since we use the default PHP Mail.

    The hosting support pointed to issues with the plugin forminator so we switched to WP Forms but the issue remains.

    They also pointed to a database error that we should fix in case is affecting somehow. Could you please guide us at least in this last point:

    Hello, @manuxx34.

    Please, re-install the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Plugin with the Complete Deactivation option:
    • WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Complete Deactivation” to “On” —> Save Changes;
    • WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Delete.

    Then install it anew from this archive:
    https://github.com/CleanTalk/wordpress-antispam/releases/download/fix-version/cleantalk-spam-protect.zip

    It will solve the issue. Did it help?

    Hi, sadly today we stopped getting emails in the inbox.

    There is something strange in CleanTalk Logs we noticed, from the time it fails it shows new email logs duplicated or even triplicated from the same email address of the sender. Those never reach the inbox.

    EDIT: While I wrote the post one email passed. Why would CleanTalk show duplicated/triplicated email logs from the same sender with the same IP and message?
