[resolved] Emails not being received (4 posts)

    I get the success message but not the email. I checked my contact form and that wasn't sending either. Added my host's sending domain to safe senders in the email account and the contact form worked again. But not Invoice King Pro.
    Any ideas?

    Hi Webbrewers,

    Apologies for the delay in reply.

    Invoice King Pro uses the wp_mail function so if your contact form uses the same then it should be working. Have you made sure that the "Client email address" in the right sidebar of the invoice is the email you are expecting the invoice to be delivered to?

    Thanks for the response. I subsequently tried a few different addresses and it seemed to work okay with gmail, hotmail etc but not domain based hotmail (windows live domains) which was what I initially tried.

    I see. You could be having a mail record issue (ie the server thinks the mail is being managed by the server and not an external source so it tried to deliver it locally).

    Have a look at your servers mail settings, might shed some light.
