Emails Never Worked

I have been trying to get ReviewX to work for several years, it’s a great plugin otherwise but the email reminder feature never worked on any version of the plugin. I reached out to tech support and they kept saying that they would fix it. For three years now they’ve been saying the exact same thing, promising to fix it but never do. Now they are ghosting me an not replying to my messages. So I am moving to another plugin, email reminders are an absolute must for customers. If you want your customers to get an email asking them to leave a review, this is not the plugin for you; it doesn’t work.
