Hello

I offer free e-books to my customers, they click on the button which gives a pop-up (made with Elementor pop-up functionality) and then they introduce their e-mail address. However, with Cleantalk activated, a lot of customers are being denied the ability to enter their e-mail address because of security reasons.

I have now disabled the Cleantalk plugin and it is working correctly now, so it’s Cleantalk blocking my customers.

Hello.
Please, mark records in your Anti-Spam Log if our service made a wrong decision:
Your Anti-Spam Log https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests —> choose your website in the drop-down menu —> there are buttons “Spam” and “Not Spam” under every record —> mark records using these buttons.

We will analyze marked requests and make the necessary edits to the filtering or to the plugin code.
