• The author obviously thinks the issue mentioned by Sublines is not worth looking into. Therefor I’ll have to give a 1 str so he can start noticing.

Everytime you update a post, the notification gets sent to all the subscribers AGAIN. If I decide to make 100 changes that day, the subscribrs will get 100 emails. Its just rediculous.

Also, lately, the sending doesnt work, so I dont think its compatible with my current WP installation 4.4.1

Every feedback is important for me. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues.

I’ll have a look at the problem Sublines reported and will try to fix it in the next release.

With regards your compatibility issue it might be the case that you have a plugin which is not compatible with this one. Try to disable other plugins one by one and test e-mail sending after each time until you find the problematic one. If that doesn’t work, check with your with your hosting provider if e-mail sending is working fine.

Finally you might not aware of it, but I don’t get notifications when someone writes a review, but if you raise your issue as a support request I do get notification. So if you need more urgent answer, please use the support forum next time to get your issue resolved faster.

Hi there, deactivated all the plugins, except yours, sending still doesnt work. It just says failed! Nothing else changed on the server besides WP being updated.

    Hi Anton,

Do you get the “standard” e-mails, like when a new user registers or when you reset your password with all the other plugins deactivated, but mine? If still not what if you deactivate my plugin as well, does that changes anything?

    Best Regards,
    Janos

What happens when you deactivate ALL other plugins and leave only mine enabled and when
    1. try to send to yourself a password reset e-mail?
    2. try to send to yourself a notification about a new post by pressing the Send e-mail notification button on the edit post screen?

Nope. If I roll back to v2.3 it works as expected.

But upgrading to v2.5 it just gives a Failed status in Logs. [Error: F-03] in a popup.

F-03 means that the plugin cannot send any e-mails using the built-in WordPress e-mail sending functionality (wp_mail).
