I used Ninja forms to create a contact us page on my website. whenever I send a email from that contact form to my business email it shows up in junk mail, and the email itself looks like it’s in code view. It shows me the table and paragraph code. Do you know how to correct this?

    Hey,

Generally, if emails are sent to the spam folder, it’s because of the header information being sent. You might want to take a look at what you have configured in the Advanced tab of your Email Action and edit some values to get it out of the spam box.

As for why it looks like jumbled code, can you confirm that the Format setting under that Advanced tab is set to HTML not Plaintext? This could make a difference in what you’re seeing. (Note: It’s possible that sending HTML over Plaintext may also be what’s causing it to show up in your spam box.)
