    Hi @o3magazine,

    Thank you for writing back,

We have imported the form to our site and replaced the admin email to check the email delivery, but we did not find any issue. You can check this screenshot https://prnt.sc/jO1eecmXgtLT

Could you kindly check your email contact@www.woodentoybox.net other locations such as spam, updates, and so on? You may also try changing the admin email.

If the problem persists after changing the recipient email, please check this documentation: https://docs.wpeverest.com/everest-forms/docs/emails-are-not-being-delivered/ and follow the instructions.

    Regards!

    Hello @shresthauzwal

I managed to solve issue! I leave you the steps of how to solve the issue in case someone else has this problem and also for you to solve it in plugins next update if possible.

    1. In Wp-Admin Go to “Everest Forms” >> “All Forms”
    2. Choose the form is giving this problem and then click on “Edit”
    3. Once there click on “Settings” at the top and then click on “Email”
    4. On the second textbox where it says “To Address” you need to place there your correct email address.

For me that is what solve the problem because there is a bug on plugin since my domain has www, the email there was showing as “contact@wwwmydomain.com”, I edited email from there and place it without the www and solve the issue.

Also, can you please delete my website email from your previous post.

Thanks a lot for all your help and this great plugin you developed! 🙂
