• We moved to a new hosting provider and changed our domain name. I de-registered Nex-Forms from the old domain name (iam-sheffield.org) and re-registered it on the new domain name (iam-sheffield.bike). This procedure worked perfectly. However, the Nex-Forms forms didn’t work on the website (unchanged except for changing hosting provider and domain name). On ‘Global Settings’ I tried to send a test email. The software flashed ‘Email sent’ but no email arrives and the website forms don’t send data either. This is odd because Contact 7 emails/forms work without any problems with the hosting/domain name change. I would like to continue using Nex-Forms and all its ancilliary plugins. It is a great piece of software and I really like working with it, but I have to resolve the email/form submission problem first. Any ideas on how this can be done?
