    Hi,
    I have installed latest version ie 1.3( Lite version) in my local site. Until yesterday it was sending test emails and emails after the cart abandonment. Please help me on this.
    I have also noticed that under the “abandoned orders” tab, for some orders “order total” is zero.This is due to the empty cart. Will this plugin send email to that email id?
    Please help me on this

    Hi Radhika,

    Can you please let me know if the reminder emails are no longer being sent since yesterday?

    If yes, then can you please let me know if any plugin/theme has been updated or any changes have been made on your site?

    The emails from our plugin will be sent as the cart has been recorded as abandoned irrespective of the cart being empty or not.

    Hi Komal,
    Thanks for the response.
    Yes yesterday I noticed that the emails are not been sent from this plugin.
    I have installed a new wordpress plugin ie sessioncam.

    So if the cart is empty , the plugin will record as abandoned cart and send email to the customers irrespective of order total. Is there a way to block the email for zero order total?

    Hi Radhika,

    Can you please deactivate the sessioncam plugin and check whether the emails are sent fine?

    The cart is considered as abandoned cart when the product which have been added to cart passes the cutoff time, the cutoff time is set in admin settings and the email reminders are sent to the customers for the abandoned cart.

    Can you please let me know, for which scenario the empty cart is being logged as abandoned?

    Hi Komal,
    I have deactivated the sessioncam and emails are not been sent from cart abandoned plugin. But when I tested this on our server, it works!

    About the cart abandonment scenario:

    In our site we have some products, which user can buy after logging in.

    Once the user add the items to the cart, go to the cart page. In the cart page, user can update ie add or delete items from the cart. In this stage if user deletes all the items from the cart the cart total amount will be zero and the same thing will be recorded in cart abandonment plugin.
    We have set the cut off time as 60mins.

    Is there a way we can send the emails to only non zero order total?

    Hi Radhika,

    I apologies for misleading you. I tried on my staging server by abandoning the empty cart, for the empty abandoned cart we are not getting emails.

    I understand that emails are being sent for an empty cart from your website. Can you please create a ticket on tickets@tychesoftwares.uservoice.com with site url and admin credentials of it, so I can look into the issue?

    We are testing in our live site and till now we haven’t received any email for empty abandoned cart .
