Emails are not sending at all

I’m trying to use “Send an email to subscribers” to check if everythig works.
I have a message that it’s send, but I didn’t recieve anything, I checked everywhere, on many different emails, and it’s still this same think – “Message send” but I didn’t get anything for real.

Notifications also didn’t work.
All categories checked, new posts in there and nothing on my mailbox.

Should I configure smtp plugin? Or something like that? What am I doing wrong?
