 * Hi, I have the latest version of ShiftControllerPro (3.0.9). Everything seems
   to be working fine except the emails that are generated after shift pickup and
   approval are not formatted in any way.
 * How do I update these so that the emails show simple text? Here is an example
   of the email as it arrived in my inbox
