• We emailed you 14 times over the last 2 weeks and received 0 responses. That is inappropriate and not ok. We were patient the first few days, but this is excessive and not something a lifetime license holder should experience. We are hereby requesting WordPress take note of the treatment by this developer and a refund because this is beyond wrong.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site.
    This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
    I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
