    Hi, I’m having trouble with my WordPress-to-Lead form, which seems to have suddenly stopped sending email.

    The last email I got from the form was 12/14/2016, and I haven’t changed anything in at least a couple of months on the site. I do get notifications that leads are coming in through the form in SalesForce, just no email any more.

    I’m wondering if this was due to a recent update? Is there anything I can do to try and track down the issue? I’ve checked all the obvious settings, like admin email and such, everything looks OK.

    it’s not an update — I haven’t released one in some time.

    I suspect the email is being sent… you’re just not receiving it (due to a DNS change, spam filter change, etc).

    Install an email logger plugin to verify it’s being sent:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/

    Anything happening beyond the email not being sent is beyond the scope of support I can provide for free. Sorry!

    Thanks, Nick. The plugin is really helpful. Oddly enough the emails are sending out… looking into issues with DNS/email hosting and such.
