# Email with subscribing

 * I am building a company intranet and was wondering if SendPress would be able
   to send emails to our WordPress users without subscribing? If so, would we be
   able to keep our list up-to-date with any changes to our users (additions, changes
   in contact information, etc.)
 * If not, could we potentially create an email of recent posts through SendPress
   and email our employees through Outlook?

 * Absolutely. We can synchronize the list of WordPress users. At the moment the
   synchronization is a manual process so you would just need to remember to synchronize
   the list before sending to make sure you got any changes.
 * We also have a short code that will be available in the next release that will
   automatically insert recent posts and pages but with a little bit more attractive
   formatting than the current short code. Instructions on how to use it will be
   on the help tab.
