Email With Form Data Is Corrupt

    Hi

    I’ve had Multi-Step form installed for a few weeks now. But it’s just started corrupting the data in the email that I receive when someone completes and submits the form.

    There are 5 steps on the form and what happens is, on the email I receive with the form data, the answers for the fields in Step 1 are filled with data from Step 4.

    Please would you be able to help me rectify this problem?

    have you updated to the latest version?

    There might be a conflict with another mail service plugin?

    Hi there,

    same here for a couple of weeks. I use the latest version and it worked just fine until recently. Already tried to use a copy of the form – and a complete new form.

    Any ideas?

    No idea?

    In my case there are 4 steps. And the answer from step 3 is delivered via email as the answer for step 1, 2 and 3. So the data is corrupt for step 1 and 2.

    This problem seems to be related to missing labels on form elements. Since 1.5.3 labels are a required input field, so this error shouldn’t appear anymore.

    We mark this problem as resolved.
