    Hello,

    may I ask, not sure if I am reading this wrong, but I had an order that was created on 28. 5. 2020 14:19:

    When I click on the order, the report says that the email was already sent, but before the actual order was created: 28. 5. 2020 12:14

    I checked the SMTP emails sent report and no email was sent. Would you know what the issue might be? This is happening on more orders.

    Hello @fjura,

    When the user once abandoned the cart, the abandoned time is set for the cart.

    If the user again visited the checkout page and do not complete the order then the new abandoned time is set for the cart.

    The next recovery email will be sent with new product details if added.

    This is the case on your site.
