EMAIL USERS causing a loopback failure on WordPress

    I have just been disabling plugins on my Krystal Hosting hosted https://tech.scargill.net blog as I was getting a “loopback failure”. I narrowed it down to disabling “email users” only and the problem has gone away.

    can anyone help – I’d like to have this running again – my WordPress and all plug-ins are fully up to date as of a day ago.
