 * Everyday I am getting the exact same email for your plugin:
 * Howdy! Some plugins have automatically updated to their latest versions on your
   site at [http://atomweb.ca](http://atomweb.ca). No further action is needed on
   your part.
 * These plugins are now up to date:
    – Yoast SEO version 15.0
 * How do I stop this?

 * Thanks for reaching out!
 * You receive that email each time there is a new plugin release and your site 
   is updated. Your site gets updated automatically because you have enabled auto-
   updates for the Yoast SEO.
 * You can disable it in WordPress > Plugins > Installed Plugins > Yoast SEO and
   click ‘Disable auto-updates’
