    Hiya,

    We’ve just downloaded and installed your WP-Live chat plugin and so far we’re really impressed!

    We saw that you have an Email Transcripts Add-on which we’re really interested in but the plugin hasn’t been updated in 9 months so we wanted to check and make sure it hadn’t depreciated before we installed it on our live site.
