  • At least i have a mail to the admin that an appointment has been fixed. But I think the client should also reveive confirmation that his appointment has been properly noted.

    Hi Bernhard,

    There is no special feature that needs to be enabled. The plugin uses the default wp_mail() function to send emails. WordPress emails are often marked as spam by various email services. For that reason, we suggest using a plugin like WP Mail SMTP to send emails via an external server. Are you currently using a plugin like this? If not, could you give it a try? WP Mail SMTP has an option to send a test email after you configure it. If that works, you could test the appointment again to see if it now sends the email.

    Blockage by any service I think is not the reason mails are not sent: I get proper emails for the admin that an appointment has been set. That mail coming from wordpress@dol (dot) helferkreis (minus) lenzkirch.de. The client mail should go the same way.

    I have tried WP Mail Smtp but not successfully; since you got admin access could you please look into that issue?

    I got it sending a test mail. But when I started a new appointment for Febr 25,2017 it created the appointment but did not sent it to the client. Strange!

    in edit: The admin got the mail, too, but not the client!
