Configuring a couple of site and have the same problem of both. When a order is placed I get the e-mail notification to the admin of the order and low stock e-mail as well. However, the customer does not get e-mail when to order is placed or when I tried to send it manually ie whe I view the order and click email invoice.
I looked at the other thread and I do have the e-mail on the billing address and also in the customer record.
