Email Test Alert

    Hello,

    I installed and configured Sucuri plugin. Then I did a test alert with 2 different emails. It said that a “test alert was sent to your email, check your inbox”, but I didn’t receive any email.
    So I wonder if I will receive alert emails when there are real issues.

    Please contact your hosting provider and ask them about the status of the mail queue in the server where your website is being hosted. Technically speaking, it’s impossible to tell — using PHP — if the mail that went through the mail() [1] function will actually arrive to your inbox, we can barely check if the function sent the message to the mail queue in your server, but the rest is part of a chain of actions that the plugin has no access to, only your hosting provider can guarantee the delivery of the messages.
