Email Template – Variation QTY

    Hi,

    Great plugin, by the way. We’ve been using it for a while and it’s been faultless.

    However, with product variations we’re not seeing the quantities displayed in the admin email template, which is a bit of an issue. How can we enable this?

    I wasn’t aware of it before as we hadnt used variations until recently, so I can’t say

    We don’t have another report of this. I tested at our end several times with different settings and can not duplicate.

    Please check and see if there is a conflict with another plugin, extra css or code in functions.php that is overwriting or hiding the quantity column.

    I think it might be a conflict with WooCommerce TM Extra Product Options, but not sure yet.

    I will check it with extra products too. anything in the error log? do you have WordPress debug on?

    Sorry, checked with WooCommerce TM Extra Product Options here. Quantity is in both emails to the customer and to admin.

    I think the problem is actually TM Extra Product Options.

    i will check again. I did install the tm extra and sent a quote request. the email and thank you page both showed QTY. But I will check again. is there anything in the error log? Did you try it with another theme just to check in case?
