 * Is it possible to style or apply email templates? Can see they can be customised
   in terms of the content, but not styled.
 * Don’t mind using a 3rd party plugin if that’s needed.

 * The only option to configure notification templates in Amelia at the moment is
   in Text or HTML mode on the Amelia/Notifications page.
