Email template question number

    Hi

    Since last update, there is a bug in email template when we choose to show question numbers and having several email template on one quizz.
    The first email has the right question numbers.
    In the second email received, question numbers do not retart to 1 it keeps incrementing number from last question number in first email
    Exemple : first email has 8 questions, question numbers are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
    Second email, first question is 9 then 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15,16

    Can you please have a look and provide a fix
