# Email template load

 * On the Mail Options tab when I choose an existing email template from the dropdown
   and click the “load subject, content and attachment .. ” button, the subject 
   text is loaded but content of the previouse template remains in the content field
   and is sent as the email content when I click send test email. How can I get 
   the email template content to load.

 * I’m not sure what your problem is, is the problem when you load the template 
   or when you send the test email?

 * The problem is when I load the template. The subject is changed to the loaded
   template, but the body does not change, and that is also how it appears in the
   email that get’s sent.

 * I have tried several times and it works.
 * Did you check your JS console to see if there is some problem with your site?
   Have you tried to do it with only this plugin active?
