# Email Template Issue

 * Hi,
 * When using email templates, {billing_address} and {delivery_address} displays
   twice. Like:
 * 123-A Sample Address, Sample City
    123-A Sample Address, Sample City
 * Also, the billing and delivery address displays the same value, even when they’re
   different.
