    not very timely, but it appears you closed my last ticket, thus you never saw my last reply:

    sorry so late, but i got busy and i wanted to wait on the monthly reports

    i did as per above, complete deactivate, delete and re-install with an import of my saved settings

    and still nothing? – set it to daily reports – nothing (tested email settings too)

    any thoughts?

    it’s clear that it is running for me at this one client site, just no reports – not a big deal, but annually i share one report with my clients to see that contrary to their thoughts, their website is under constant attack

    i am just about to say ‘no mas’ with this, as it’s taken way too much time already

    as always, i thank you for your time and effort

    Hi @larclericalpluscom,

    Thanks for getting in touch. When tickets go over 10 days without response, they will be removed from our open ticket list. Sometimes this means we don’t see responses get flagged after this cut-off, so I apologise for any inconvenience.

    I see you’ve already tried quite a few methods of trying to fix this. One thing that springs to mind if you’re receiving other Wordfence/WordPress emails successfully is whether the scheduled cron job is running. Could you check whether the “wordfence_email_activity_report” value in Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > Cron Jobs shows a recent date?

    thanks for your reply and i totally understand you closing the other ticket

    for this client, i think they have managed WordPress at godaddy (ecck!), so i assume i will have to submit a ticket get the answer

    please wait on my reply, either way
